Baringa, QLD 4551

Baringa is the flagship suburb of Aura, Australia’s largest master-planned community in single ownership, taking shape on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast at Caloundra South. Launched in 2016, it was the first neighbourhood built in what will eventually become a city of around fifty thousand people. What sets Baringa apart is the planning. With Caloundra’s beaches about ten minutes away, the Bruce Highway close for the Brisbane run, and a future rail line planned to connect the community, Baringa offers coastal living with serious long-term growth potential.
